Do I need any printing hardware to start?
The entire production line — design, data merge and rendering — happens in the cloud. Set up your workspace, start from one of our many ready-to-go templates, or design your own. When you're ready for a physical card, label or ticket, pair whatever printer you already own and dispatch the job. The heavy lifting never touches your machine.
How many credentials can I issue at once?
One or a hundred — it's the same gesture. Upload a spreadsheet and every row becomes its own finished credential in parallel. The line scales elastically, so a batch that once took a department now takes a coffee.
Where do my finished cards actually come out?
Anywhere you point them. Pair a printer in your office, at a remote site, and rendered cards stream straight to it. You watch the status update live as each one is cast and dispatched.
Can more than one team work in the same space?
Yes. Every organisation gets its own isolated workspace with its own templates, data and members. Invite a colleague, hand a role to a partner, or run a dozen workspaces side by side — each one stays cleanly its own.
